mapStakeholder Map
The DELOS Stakeholder Map provides a dynamic view of the organizations connected to each issue. It is designed to help you quickly understand who matters most and where to focus engagement.
At the top of the section, you'll find a dropdown menu that lets you select a specific issue. The map then displays only the stakeholders linked to that issue.

Map Layout
Stakeholders are displayed by:
- Relevance Tiers: High, Medium, and Low
- Category Types: including Media, Government, Politics, Research, NGOs, Internal, Competitors, and Others
This layout helps you prioritize stakeholder engagement based on influence and issue context.
Stakeholder Placement and Relevance
You can reposition stakeholders on the map or update their relevance levels to reflect your latest priorities. Any changes you make will be instantly reflected in both the table view and the associated issue details, keeping everything in sync and up to date.
DELOS uses a simple prioritization system to help you manage stakeholder relevance clearly:
- High relevance: The single most important stakeholder in your landscape. This is the top priority for engagement and monitoring.
- Medium relevance: Up to two stakeholders per issue. These are influential and should be tracked closely.
- Low relevance: All remaining stakeholders. These are included for context and completeness.

This structure ensures you stay focused while still capturing the full picture.
AI-Generated Stakeholders
DELOS helps you accelerate stakeholder mapping by using AI to suggest relevant actors based on your strategic inputs. Stakeholders can be generated automatically during onboarding or on demand when creating new issues.
After Onboarding
When you complete the onboarding process, DELOS automatically generates a set of stakeholders tailored to your organization. These suggestions are based on:
- Your analysis focus
- Your preferred country and language
- Your organizational context
These stakeholders appear directly on your Stakeholders Map and are marked with a special icon to indicate they were created by the system.
When Creating New Issues
After creating a new issue, you can generate stakeholders linked to it with the help of our AI agent:
1
Go to the Stakeholders Map
2
Find the issue you just added
3
Click “Generate Stakeholders”
This prompts the AI agent to analyze the issue’s context, including its title, description, timeline, and other key inputs. Based on this information, DELOS suggests a relevant set of stakeholders and adds them directly to your map, linked to the selected issue.
Identifying AI-Generated Stakeholders
- Automatically generated stakeholders appear with a blue icon
- When you manually edit one of them, the icon turns grey to indicate it has been modified
- This helps teams track which stakeholders have been reviewed or customized
