mapIssues Map
The DELOS Issue Map provides a dynamic view of your current and potential issues. It is designed to help you quickly identify what matters most and when to take action.

Map Layout
Y-Axis: Impact on Your Organization
This axis represents how significantly an issue may affect your company. You define what impact means to you—whether it's financial, reputational, operational, or otherwise.
X-Axis: Time to Impact
This axis shows how soon the issue is expected to affect your organization.
- Issues on the left are projected to impact you in the future.
- Issues on the right are either unfolding now or will have an impact in the near term.
This layout helps you prioritize:
- Top right: High-impact, near-term issues that require immediate attention.
- Top left: High-impact, long-term issues that are strategically important and should be closely monitored.
- Bottom-right: low-impact issues that are occurring now or soon. These may require minor action or routine monitoring.
- Bottom-left: low-impact issues expected further out in time. These are generally lower priority and can be reviewed periodically.

Issue Placement and Color
You can reposition issues by dragging them to reflect updated timing and impact. You can also create new issues or edit and delete existing ones.
Each issue is color-coded based on influenceability:
- Green: Easily influenced by your organization.
- Yellow: Requires collaboration with others.
- Red: Cannot be influenced directly by your organization.
This system helps you quickly identify where to act and where external engagement is required.

AI-Generated Issues
DELOS can generate relevant issues automatically using AI to help you quickly build a meaningful starting point for your workspace. These suggestions are based on your inputs during onboarding.
After Onboarding
Once onboarding is complete, DELOS generates an initial set of issues tailored to your organization. These are informed by:
- Your analysis focus
- Strategic goals shared during setup
- Selected geography and language preferences
These issues appear directly on your Issues Map and are marked with a special icon to indicate they were created by the system.
When Creating New Issues
After creating a new issue, you can generate stakeholders linked to it with the help of our AI agent:
1
Go to the Stakeholders Map
2
Find the issue you just added
3
Click “Generate Stakeholders”
This prompts the AI agent to analyze the issue’s context and suggest relevant stakeholders. They will be automatically added to your map and linked to the issue, giving you a strong starting point for analysis and engagement.
Identifying AI-Generated Issues
- Automatically generated issues appear with a blue icon
- When you manually edit one of them, the icon turns grey to indicate it has been modified
- This helps teams track which issues have been reviewed or customized
Additional Note
- Issue descriptions can be edited to improve clarity, precision, or tone. You can use the AI assistant to help rewrite or refine descriptions to better support monitoring and internal collaboration.
